The Normandale Community College Music Department will continue what has been an excellent 2024-25 concert season with three concerts in early May.
On Sunday, May 4 at 10:30 a.m., The Concert Choir, fresh off performing Mahler Symphony 2 at Orchestra Hall with the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra, Angelica Encore Choral Ensemble, the Twin Cities Catholic Chorale, and vocal soloists Ilah Raleigh and Tracey Engleman on April 6, will sing Gounod Messe solenelle De Pacques at Church of St. Agnes in West St. Paul.
The Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble will perform on Wednesday, May 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the Lorenz Auditorium. On Friday, May 9, the Concert Choir and Vocal Ensemble will have a concert at the Lorenz Auditorium.
